At Elite Attire Store, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Below are the details of our shipping options:

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days after dispatch. The shipping fee is $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. The estimated delivery time is 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Elite Attire Store. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward and hassle-free returns and exchanges process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. The item must also be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

Please Note: Due to the nature of our products, certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These include:

  • Tuxedos
  • Tweed Suits

Returns & Exchanges Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
  2. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include the RAN on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship Your Item: Send the package to the following address using a trackable shipping method:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your initial email. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost.
